The kick-off of the first Think Green Academy is approaching. Here you can get a first insight into the new format that we have created together with the HPI Student Academy.
It will help students from grade 11 upwards to learn the necessary skills to make the world greener with their business ideas and to develop them with and for the IT sector.
Starting in October, 30+ students in 12 teams will be allowed to work together on their green ideas. The teams are scattered across Germany, Austria, the USA and Turkey.
The topics of the ideas submitted so far are diverse and range from the use of AI for waste separation and smart cities to an educational game for consumer behavior and IT for ocean protection.
In various sessions on topics such as Snap!, MicroBlocks and Design Thinking, participants will learn how to work creatively in a team to develop their ideas. They will build prototypes and finally prepare a pitch for the big show. On the final day, the ideas will be pitched in front of a jury of experts – great prizes await!
The mentors are prepared and are already looking forward to the journey of ideas with their team!
Stay curious about the ideas and the journey – we will keep you updated!
