Let’s look at the Web Client for SAP Business One. If your work is about creating and processing sales documents the following enhancements may make your day more efficient:
The options “Export to Word” and “Send by Email” are added to the “Share” menu in sales documents. Clicking the first option exports the document to Microsoft OneDrive as Word file using the standard templates from SAP Business One:
Clicking “Send by Email” opens an Email with the address of the Contact Person assigned to the document in the “To” field and the given document is attached as a Word file:
Just fill in the subject and few words (if needed) and click “Send”. Available in Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Return, A/R Invoice, A/R Reserve Invoice, and A/R Credit Memo.
