New Continuous Quality Check (CQC) for Deployment Readiness for SAP Business Technology Platform

It’s no secret that stable technical platform is a foundation for successful operability of the company. Whenever you are starting with SAP Business Technology Platform or adding additional service/components, SAP supports a smooth start.

We are glad to announce that SAP Enterprise Support now offers a new Continuous Quality Check for Deployment Readiness for SAP Business Technology Platform.

The CQC is a 3-day remote service, performed remotely by a service engineer reviewing your platform and components configuration. This service has no impact on the system’s operation or availability. All deliveries are currently performed during the Service Engineer’s working hours.

The continuous quality check (CQC) for deployment readiness for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is designed to guide you to a smooth start of production. During this service, main SAP Business Technology Platform components are reviewed for potential risks identification. Recommendations are provided in alignment with SAP Best Practices, ensuring optimal platform performance and efficiency.

How to request a CQC service?


When to Use

Delivery of the SAP CQC for Deployment Readiness is most applicable before the Go Live of scenario(s) based on SAP BTP or when additional components are added to your existing BTP scenario(s). The service can also be used as a health check to verify the system configuration. The session should be performed at least 4 weeks before your planned start of production date.
