Release Highlights

  • Microsoft Office Integration
  • Dashboard and Story Design

Microsoft Office Integration

Tenant Replacement

The new Tenant Replacement feature is an Enterprise Readiness-related update used to assign workbooks to another Tenant. As a prerequisite, ensure that the new tenant has the same data source as the source tenant

For example: if a workbook is created on the test data within the QA tenant and is required to be transported to the production tenant, and if both the tenants contain the same data sources, such as Models or DWC data sources, they can be easily moved.

Dashboard and Story Design

Optimized Story Experience now supports Data Warehouse Cloud

Optimized Story Experience now supports SAP Data Warehouse Cloud data models for Optimized Design Experience and Optimized View Mode. Additionally, the user will be able to enable queries batching for SAP, DWC and Live Hana models. The query settings create a Dataset from SAP Data Warehouse Cloud for optimized design experience and optimized view mode. Now users can override the cache limit as well.
