The SAP for Me customer portal provides access to all your SAP engagements and will become the
central entry point for all support applications by early Q3/2022.
Starting with this wave, SAP Enterprise Support reporting is now also accessible through SAP for Me. You can use the direct link or navigate to the Services & Support dashboard in SAP for
Me and select the Diagnostics, Reporting & Analytics tab where you will find the new card that gives
you access to the reporting tool.
The SAP Enterprise Support reporting application in SAP for Me is the same as in the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Access from the SAP ONE Support Launchpad will be shut down in July 2022.
Going forward, the application will be improved only in SAP for Me.
Please note that since the SAP Enterprise Support reporting application does not cover all SAP solutions, high-level data in the application and in other SAP for Me dashboards may slightly differ.
SAP for Me will also start investing in a cross-capability Reporting dashboard to address additional needs and a growing demand for further reporting-related functions and features.
