The program

As part of our 2022 strategy, the Customer Experience (CX) Partner Delivery Readiness team introduced readiness programs for the CX solutions, like SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement, SAP Customer Data Cloud, and SAP Customer Data Platform, to programmatically address the needs of the ecosystem while complementing the courses from SAP Learning.

The first delivery readiness program was launched with 3Steps2ECE – SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement implementation workshop – in the first quarter of this year to increase partner capability in EMEA and North America and consultant certifications.

What is 3Steps2ECE?

  • 3Steps2ECE is a comprehensive program to enable the ecosystem on best practice implementation of SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement. It focuses on
    • Amplification of existing SAP learning journeys, micro learnings, etc. through a “Need to Know” session
    • Hand holding basic enablement through multiple e-learning sessions
    • Driving best practice adoption through deep-dive workshops
  • Partner consultants will obtain a knowledge badge by going through the assessment after completing the deep-dive workshop.
  • Through end-to-end ecosystem enablement support from funnelling the right content to e-learnings to best practice workshops, the program also targets to ease the consultant journey to certification.

The impact

  • SAP Customer Experience partners get onboarded to upskill on SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement for the delivery persona.
  • Consultants who have gone through this program and gained the knowledge badge will have the competency to provide better quality in the upcoming SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement customer implementations.
  • Consultants who have obtained knowledge badges will have a solid foundation to go through the SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement certification.
