Failed to connect System Landscape Directory(SLD);contact your system administrator

Hello Team,

Greetings for the day !!!

If you are facing SLD issue kindly follow the following steps to resolve the above mentioned error.

1. Rename SAP** Folder
C:\Users\(your user)\Local Settings\Application Data (or AppData)\SAP

2.Start ‘SAP Business One Server Tools Service’ From Services

3.Make Sure ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf\b1-local-machine.xml’ IP Address Mentioned here correct one or Server Name.

4.Verify the direction of the IP Address and Name Of Server in the Host File that is in
“C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts”

5. Open SAP Business One as “Run As Administrator”

6. Clean Temp Folder via Open Run Command –> %Temp% –> Enter –> Delete All Files

7. Please Check Antivirus or Firewall Settings too.
