Q: Does this apply to iOS and Android users?

A: This FAQ applies to iOS users only. Android users will see the new app name and icon when they update their app to the most recent version, and no further action is required after updating the app.

Q: Why am I being asked to download the SAP Business Network Supplier mobile app when I open the SAP Ariba Supplier app? 

A: Ariba Network is now a part of SAP Business Network. We’re renaming the SAP Ariba Supplier mobile app to reflect this recent change.You must download the SAP Business Network Supplier mobile app to continue using the functionality of the SAP Ariba Supplier mobile app.

Q: What happens if I don’t download the SAP Business Network Supplier app?

A: After March 30, you can no longer access the SAP Ariba Supplier mobile app. We strongly recommend that you delete the SAP Ariba Supplier mobile app after downloading the SAP Business Network Supplier app.

Q: Are there any changes to features and functionality of the app?

A: No, the same features and functionality that were available on the SAP Ariba Supplier mobile app are available on the SAP Business Network Supplier mobile app. You can configure push notifications and biometric authentication upon logging in to the new app.

Q: Will my documents (orders, invoices, and leads) still be available on the new app?

A: There is no change to the way users access documents on the app.

Q: Can I use the same username and password from the SAP Ariba Supplier app to sign into the SAP Business Network Supplier app?

A: Yes, you can use the same username and password to sign into the SAP Business Network Supplier app.

Q: What is SAP Business Network?

A: SAP Business Network is a cloud-based collaboration offering that can help you transform disconnected supply chains into unified, collaborative, and intelligent networks that remove barriers and centralize data.

With a unified network, you can connect to all trading partners through a single directory, collaborate using shared data and workflows, and apply network-wide intelligence to guide decisions to adapt and improve your business.

Q: Do I need to create a new account on SAP Business Network?

A: No, you do not need to create a new account on SAP Business Network. There are no changes to your Ariba Network account, and you can continue to log in using your existing credentials.

Q: Are all my customers carried over to SAP Business Network?

A: Yes, any customer you transacted with on Ariba Network is also on SAP Business Network.

Q: Do I need to re-establish buyer relationships on SAP Business Network?

A: No, there are no changes to your customer relationships, and how you transact with your customers remains the same.

Q: Are there changes to my Ariba Network Supplier subscription and transaction fees?

A: No, there are no changes to the existing standard and enterprise account (Premium, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum) subscription packages. All fee schedules remain the same.
