To get support for the SAP Learning Hub or SAP Training Center you do not create a support incident in the SAP Launchpad.
You can use this to request support via a ticketing system for the training / learning hub by selecting ‘Visit our Support Centre’ and then ‘Create New Ticket’.
However, you will need to login with an existing account or register for an account to access the Support Centre.
1.Select your Country/ region and language from the top right corner of the page
2. You can either contact the team at the telephone number provided or select ‘Email Us’ to email the Support team.
