Ariba Support Options have recently changed. We here at CIC have done a step-by-step guide to making these changes easy to follow for you.

Start by logging on to Ariba Support and choose Support.

Buyers can select the link located at the bottom of the screen.

Buyers will be brought to a Login page where they can use ChatBot to get help. If you are having issues accessing SAP Ariba Connect, please contact your Designated Support Contact.

Your Designated Support Contact can be found by going to Administration & More -> Contacts

If you need further assistance from Ariba Support, you can access the Service Requests tab in Ariba Connect which will allow you to create and view your tickets.

Suppliers can pick one of the four options. No need to worry if you can’t log in.

A new screen will appear. Enter your issue details and select search. Several related articles will populate that may answer your question.

If you would like support from an agent, use the contact us at the top left corner.

You can select one of the four options. If you can’t find an option related to your issue, don’t worry, you can choose from any of the four options as another box will appear.

Select the Something else option and Contact us will be at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

You will need to enter details about your issue and contact information. Please also provide your ANID number. You can find your Ariba Network ID (ANID) number once you are logged into your SAP Ariba account, your account’s ANID number will appear if you click your initials > Settings in the upper-right corner of the application.

Once you are done providing your details you can select One Last Step at the bottom right corner.

Select how you would like to be contacted by Ariba Support and Submit.

You can contact CIC for assistance if you need any further guidance. The Customer Interaction Center can be contacted by Phone , Expert Chat and by email.

We hope you found this helpful. Please note that the Customer Interaction Center is always happy to guide you on any of the above-mentioned processes.
