Improving the End-to-End Legal Change Experience for Customers

With the last pilot delivery of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad on March 25, 2020, you can now provide feedback on your End-to-End Legal Change Experience.

What do we want to achieve?

With this new feature, which will be piloted during the next months, we want to give you the opportunity to provide feedback on your overall satisfaction with the implementation of a legal change and on your experience with regards to the timely communication, the scope and the quality.

All customers using the pilot account of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad:

How does it work?

The feedback function is integrated to the Announcement of Legal Change service. When you change the Completion Status of a legal change to Implemented, a dialog box is displayed asking you to provide feedback.

In addition to your rating, you can enter detailed feedback or examples to provide additional context.

This request came up during several DT workshops with customers. We are proud to be able to close the loop now.
